Delivery timeline from the date of dispatch:

  • Tier 2 Cities: 5-6 working days (Jaipur, Lucknow, Kochi, Indore, etc.)
  • Tier 3 Cities/Towns: 6-7 working days
  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 working days
Note: We dispatch within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping across India. There's no minimum order value required. Whether you order 1 product or 10, shipping is completely free to any location in India. This is our commitment to making spiritual products accessible to everyone.

We ship to ALL locations across India (PAN India delivery) including:

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Before Dispatch: Yes, you can change your address by contacting us immediately on WhatsApp. We'll update it before shipping. After Dispatch: Unfortunately, the address cannot be changed once the product is shipped. You may contact the courier company directly using your tracking number to see if they can redirect, but this is not guaranteed. Tip: Double-check your address before confirming the order!
How is the product packed?
We take extra care in packaging:

We have a NO REFUND policy. All sales are final. Once payment is received and the order is confirmed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This is because:

Can I return the product if I don't like it?
No, we do not accept returns based on personal preference. Once delivered, products cannot be returned for reasons like:

  • "It's smaller than I expected"

If you hear crackling or distorted sound, turn down the volume - you may have it too high. If there's complete silence despite all checks, and it's within 24 hours of delivery, contact us with video proof.
The buttons are not working properly. What to do?
Button issues can sometimes be resolved by:
  • Press Firmly: Push the buttons properly and hold for 1-2 seconds
  • Clean Buttons: Dust may be blocking - clean gently with a dry cloth
  • Power Cycle: Unplug the device, wait 30 seconds, then plug back in

We do not offer repair services. Our products are sealed units and not designed to be opened or repaired. However:
  • If your device stops working within 24 hours of delivery, contact us immediately. If it's a genuine defect, we'll send a replacement.
  • For issues after 24 hours, we cannot provide repair or replacement as per our no-warranty policy.
  • Do not attempt to open or repair the device yourself - this can cause safety hazards.

Is it safe to leave plugged in when not at home?
While the device has basic safety features, we recommend:
